In the past three days, I have spent more time outdoors than I have all year . . . as such, I don’t have much to say.  Ran 5 miles on Friday, Rode 40 miles yesterday, and ran a half marathon this morning.  Life is mellow.  Today’s theme song of the day is Paolo Nutini’s Alloway Grove.  I chose this song because I must have sung it in my head 20 times during the run.  It’s a fun song, enjoy.
